Description
This agreement states the joint sharing of the use, operation and maintenance of specified fiber communication assets by VAST member (WSDOT, City of Vancouver, City of Camas, Clark County, C-TRAN, RTC). However, assets remain under the solo ownership and control of the individual VAST member that is offering the Communication Asset for use under this Agreement.
