Portland Regional Transportation Archive Listing (PORTAL) is a National ITS Architecture's Archived Data User Service for the Portland metropolitan region. The system was developed by students and faculty in the ITS Laboratory at Portland State University. PSU is work the Oregon Department of Transportation, Metro, the City of Portland, TriMet and other regional partners. Washington State provides real-time traffic flow information to ODOT which in turn is automatically archived in PORTAL.
