Department of Licensing 
Information Sharing: The DOL provides registered owner information based upon license plate information from toll violators.
Washington State Patrol (WSP)Operations: For venues such as HOT lanes, where photo enforcement is not feasible, officers physically patrolling the lanes will provide enforcement. Indicator lights and other alert systems may be used to notify the patrol vehicle that a violation has occurred. Officers may use a handheld tag reader to determine the operational status of a vehicle's transponder.
Information Sharing: State Patrol officers will interface with WSDOT Toll Administration to issue Notices of Infraction to toll violators.
WSDOT HeadquartersOperations: Toll Administration will operate the toll facilities.
Information Sharing: WSDOT Headquarters, acting as Toll Administration, wll provide account information to toll customers, violations information to Washington State Patrol, payment information to financial institutions, and will also share information with other toll admnistrators.
WSDOT Southwest Region (SWR)Information Sharing: The TMC will provide the traffic conditions data needed to set the appropriate HOT Lane toll schedule.For HOT Lanes, monitoring of traffic conditions is crucial for determining the appropriate SOV user fees.
