Agency Membership
The RTC was formed by participating members through an interlocal agreement to coordinate regional and bi-state long-range transportation planning. Membership draws from governmental and special service district agencies from the Clark, Skamania and Klickitat county areas and from the Oregon Department of Transportation and Metro.
