Current HSTP Report

Plans for each of the three counties are incorporated into the HSTP for Clark, Skamania and Klickitat Counties. The current HSTP final report (108pp, 2.04MB) was adopted by the RTC Board of Directors in November 2018 and has been prepared for download as an Adobe Acrobat file.

Project Rankings

With identification of transportation needs in the HSTP, service providers define projects to meet transportation needs. The state’s grant process requires each RTPO region to rank projects. The region’s ranking counts for up to one-third of the total possible value of the state’s competitive process.

On October 5, 2018, the Accessible Transportation Coalition Initiative group of transportation stakeholders and project sponsors convened to consider project rankings for the three county region for funding consideration through the state's consolidated grant program for the 2019-2021 biennium.
